RegisteredHow It Works
We start with a thorough clinical assessment — reviewing your health history, movement, strength, and functional capacity to understand where you're at.
A personalised, evidence-based program is built around your assessment findings, your goals, and your life. No templates, no guesswork.
Sessions are structured and progressive, delivered in a real gym environment. We coach, monitor, and adapt as you improve.
We track your progress against your goals — whether that's returning to sport, managing pain, or building independence in daily life.
Technology & Objective Measures

First Point Clinical Exercise uses VALD DynaMo to measure muscle strength and force output.
This allows accurate baseline testing, objective progress tracking, and confident program adjustments.
Particularly valuable for injury rehab, neurological conditions, and NDIS or WorkCover clients requiring documented outcomes.

Client Results
"I was referred to Aaron by my Physio, because of his PT experience and Exercise Physiologist qualifications. I'd been struggling with recovery after exercise and in the 4 months since we started working together twice a week, my recovery is now better than it has been in over 5 years. Aaron educates me about the exercises we do and watches my form throughout each session to ensure I'm staying on track. I'd highly recommend Aaron if you're considering levelling up your fitness, strength and health."

His attention to detail, combined with a personalised and supportive approach, really sets him apart. Robo is genuinely invested in his clients' progress and overall wellbeing. Through training with him, I've seen significant improvements in my general health and fitness, as well as targeted work addressing specific structural issues with my knees and shoulders over time. I would not hesitate to recommend Robo to anyone looking to improve their fitness, health, or overall physical performance."
