An Exercise Physiologist is a university-qualified allied health professional specialising in evidence-based exercise to manage injury, chronic conditions, and long-term health.

"I was referred to Aaron by my Physio, because of his PT experience and Exercise Physiologist qualifications. I'd been struggling with recovery after exercise and in the 4 months since we started working together twice a week, my recovery is now better than it has been in over 5 years. Aaron educates me about the exercises we do and watches my form throughout each session to ensure I'm staying on track. I'd highly recommend Aaron if you're considering levelling up your fitness, strength and health."

"Aaron "Robo" has been an outstanding Exercise Physiologist, with a strong focus on ensuring exercises are performed correctly to achieve the best possible results. His attention to detail, combined with a personalised and supportive approach, really sets him apart. Robo is genuinely invested in his clients' progress and overall wellbeing. Through training with him, I've seen significant improvements in my general health and fitness, as well as targeted work addressing specific structural issues with my knees and shoulders over time. I would not hesitate to recommend Robo to anyone looking to improve their fitness, health, or overall physical performance."
