1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the First Point Clinical Exercise website (firstpointex.com.au) and the services provided by Aaron Robottom, Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), operating as First Point Clinical Exercise, located at Shop 5/5 Gibson Rd, Noosaville QLD 4565. By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

First Point Clinical Exercise provides Exercise Physiology services including clinical assessment, exercise prescription, rehabilitation programming, and health management for individuals with chronic conditions, injuries, and complex health needs. Services are delivered in person at Jetts Fitness Noosa and via online consultation where applicable.

All services are provided by or under the supervision of an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist. Exercise Physiology is not a substitute for medical advice. Clients are encouraged to maintain regular contact with their treating GP or specialist.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

We ask that clients provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or non-attendance without notice may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments where necessary and will provide as much notice as possible in these circumstances.

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless a prior arrangement has been made (e.g. NDIS plan management, WorkCover, or DVA billing). We accept payment via cash, card, and bank transfer. Medicare rebates are processed via HICAPS where applicable. Invoices for third-party funders will be issued in accordance with the relevant funding body's requirements.

5. Health Information & Consent

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete health information prior to and during their engagement with First Point Clinical Exercise. Withholding relevant health information may affect the safety and quality of services provided. By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your health information for the purpose of providing clinical care, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

First Point Clinical Exercise takes all reasonable care in the delivery of services. However, we do not accept liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in exercise programs where the client has failed to disclose relevant health information, or where the client has acted outside of the prescribed program without consultation.

7. Website Use
